| 02/12/2007 - Hotel staff left our patio door wide open one day. F and B Manager (Jason) Comped some of our incidentals as compensation. There was great confusion about adding on a $100 meal plan. It should have been as simple as adding $100 to my credit card. All staff, with the exception of one, were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional but a little pricey.
