Accessible only from private passenger ferry, Daufuskie Island Resort and Breathe Spa is one of the South's most elegant and luxurious resorts. Guests of the resort have their choice of 190 Inn rooms as well as two- and four-bedroom marsh or ocean view cottages. The resort features outstanding recreational facilities and activities including two championship golf courses, three swimming pools, Beach Club, water sports, three miles of private beach, equestrian center, Stan Smith-designed tennis center, and more. Guests also love the casual and fine dining offered in four outstanding restaurants and lounges.

Daufuskie Island is easily accessible by private ferry from the resort's Embarkation Center on Hilton Head Island.
