The Caravelle Resort is located beachside in Myrtle Beach. Made up of six separate buildings, the resort offers a wide range of guestrooms, studios, and multi-room condos, as well as one- and two-bedroom efficiencies. Rated three stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play," this challenging Gene Hamm design has water on 15 of 18 holes. There are a number of daunting holes here; however, the course is known best for the 410-yard, par-4 ninth hole, which is part of the Grand Strand's original "Dream 18." Although water is always near, the course plays more open than you'd think with room for the occasional missed drive. Managed by Classic Golf Group, Indian Wells was named "2004 Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year."...
