Originally opened by hotelier Philip M. Francoeur in 1968, the Playa Beach & Golf Resort continues to be one of Southwest Florida's most exciting resort destinations. The resort is located on the Beach in Naples and features 189 luxurious guestrooms, waterfront dining at Baleen, 18 holes of championship golf, world-class spa facilities, marvelous pools, and more. Each room includes a private balcony with sensational views of the Gulf or resort grounds, a canopied iron bed draped with butterfly netting, and woven-rattan chairs.
