Amelia River Golf Club has joined the ranks as one of the most desirable courses in the area. The course boasts fast rolling TifEagle greens, and is routed through a forest of majestic live oaks, sabal palms, pines and wax myrtles. This par-72 track, designed by Tom Jackson consists of 18 challenging holes of golf where distance control and accuracy are necessary to score well. The course is always in immaculate playing condition with well-manicured rolling fairways, smooth bunkers and greens that challenge all skill levels. Some have characterized Royal Amelia as a traditional Scottish links course, but we think it has a distinctiveness that all golfers who play it will definitely appreciate.
Please note:
• Royal Amelia is located three miles from the resort entrance; complimentary shuttle service is available.
• Royal Amelia's temporary clubhouse provides golf accessories, sports wear, and light snacks. A new clubhouse is planned for the near future.
