05/12/2008 - Absolute best golf course of the vacation. Will try to fit in both course at We-Ko-Pa next time. Unbelievable course conditions, how do they get the grass so green in the middle of the desert! Posted by Marc (St. Lazare, QC)
04/28/2008 - Best course conditions of all that we played. Difficult first time course as there are a lot of "blind" shots off the tee. The fact that carts were not allowed off the cart path slowed tha pace of play to the point that it was a major impact on the enjoyment of the round. If they are not going to allow carts, they should have paths on both sides of the fairways. Best course conditions but not my first pick for return play. Posted by Bill (Montpelier, VT)
03/24/2008 - A premier place to play and enjoy. A bit pricey. Posted by Nello (Orland Park, IL)

09/24/2007 - Wow!!! Thank You Ed for recommending this tract to play. We played the Cholla course. We'll be back to play this again, as well as the sister course. Big greens, split fairways and great service made this an enjoyable outing. Posted by Rich (Wheaton, IL)

Located in Fountain Hills, on the east edge of Scottsdale, We-Ko-Pa (the Yavapai pronunciation for "Four Peaks Mountain") presents a unique alternative to the already upscale Scottsdale golf market. Designed by noted golf course architect Scott Miller, the golf course was created to play a challenging 7,225 yards from the back tees, but with multiple tee boxes that are well spaced to cater to players of all calibers. In addition, there are no -- nor will there ever be -- residences on the golf course, yielding some of the most dramatic and natural views of the surrounding mountain ranges including the Four Peaks, McDowell Mountains, Red Mountains and the Superstitions. Please note: We-ko-pa is "CART PATH ONLY" year-round.
