Wide fairways wind through a pristine desert landscape, ruled by tall saguaros and meandering washes. Mesquite, ironwood and palo verde trees cover the terrain, which is strewn with giant boulders. Rugged mountains can be seen from nearly every direction, adding visibly to the pleasures of this course. It is extremely well-designed, providing you with excellent views of each hole from the elevated tees. Since the day it opened in 1990, the Monument has garnered praise and awards
