Beautifully set within the Sonoran Desert, and surrounded by the regal McDowell Mountains, TPC Scottsdale's Stadium course radiates the pure essence of its arid topography. The Stadium course boasts spacious fairways, and the surrounding desert landscape of saguaro cacti, mesquite trees, strategically placed bunkers, and prodigious mounding, creates straightforward shot values insisted upon by its architect, Tom Weiskopf. Precise approach shots are the key to scoring well, as the moderately large, multi-tiered, and undulating greens, will penalize inaccurate shots. Treat yourself, and play where the PGA Tour pros play the annual FBR Phoenix Open!
